血小板及超敏C反应蛋白检测在活动期类风湿关节炎诊断中的应用研究

目的:讨论血小板活化功能指标CD62p、CD63以及超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)诊断中的应用价值。方法:对2011年1月至2012年12月间,在我院诊断为活动期类风湿关节炎的患者中采用随机数字表法选择50例作为观察组,检测类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)、CRP、血小板活化功能指标CD62p和CD63,与健康对照组患者(50例)资料进行对比。结果:观察组各指标明显升高,RF(t=-12.671,P<0.05),ESR(t=-24.155,P<0.05),CRP(t=-5.613,P<0.05),CD62p(t=-4.785,P<0.05),CD63(t=-3.573,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:CRP、CD62p、CD63在RA的诊断中具有重要的辅助诊断价值,能够反映患者的疾病进展状态,结合应用RF、ESR检测,能够提高RA的早期诊断水平。

Application of detection of platelets and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in diagnosis of active rheumatoid arthritis

Objective： To discusse the diagnosis value of platelet activation indicators CD62p, CD63, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein detection in the of active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： We used the random number table to select 50 cases with active rheumatoid arthritis patients as the observation group from January 2011 to December 2012,detected the rheumatoid factor（RF）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）, C-reactive protein（CRP）, platelet-activating function indicators CD62P and CD63, compared with the healthy control group patient data. Results： Each index of the observation group was significantly higher, RFRF（t=- 12.671, P〈 0.05）, ESR（t=-24.155, P〈 0.05）, CRP（t=-5.613, P 〈 0.05）, CD62p（t=-4. 785, P〈 0.05）, CD63（t=-3. 573, P〈 0.05）, significant differences and statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： CRp, CD62P, CD63 has important value in diagnostic of RA, can reflect the state of disease progression in patients, use RF, ESR can increase the level of earlydiagnosis of RA.
