| 摘 要： | 目的:研究256排螺旋CT脑血管造影(CTA)在破裂脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对40例因蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)临床疑为脑动脉瘤破裂的患者行256排脑CTA检查,评价动脉瘤的位置、大小及形态。结果:40例自发性SAH患者病例中发现动脉瘤38例,256排脑CTA图像清晰显示动脉瘤的位置、大小及形态,38例患者均依据256排脑CTA检查结果成功进行治疗。结论:256排脑CTA对破裂脑动脉瘤的诊断具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical value of 256-slice CTA in the diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysms. Methods： A total of 40 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage（SAH）received the examination of 256-slice CTA, the shape, size and location of the aneurysms were defined. Results： 38 patients were diagnosed as aneurysms based on the result of 256-slice CTA, CTA images clearly show the shape, size and location of the aneurysm, All 58 patients were operated successfully according to the result of 256-slice CTA. Conclusion： 256-slice CTA has high value in the diagnosis of ruptured intracranial aneurysms. [Key words] Tomography, X-ray computed; Intracranial aneurysm; Subarachnoid hemorrhage; Angiography |
