脉波指示剂连续心排血量在指导脓毒性休克患者液体复苏中的护理应用

目的:探讨脉波指示剂连续心排血量(PICCO)检测方法在脓毒性休克患者液体复苏中应用的治疗效果,研究对应的护理方案,帮助患者早日康复。方法:选取2009年1月1日至2011年12月31日在我院重症医学科住院治疗的101例患者,行血流动力学监测,同时应用心电监护仪持续监测患者的血压、心电、呼吸及脉搏血氧饱和度的情况。结果:101例患者中79例临床症状缓解;所有治疗患者,无意外拔管、导管堵塞及感染的发生。结论:护理人员通过对脓毒性休克患者早期实施积极有效的液体复苏治疗方法,明显提高其生存率、延长患者的寿命;该方法安全、有效,在当前的临床应用中具有重要的意义。

Pulse indicator continuous cardiac output in guiding application and nursing of fluid resuscitation of septic shock patients

Objective： To explore the application of PICCO detection method in patients with septic shock resuscitation treatment, nursing research program corresponding. Methods： All patients underwent hemodynamic monitoring and application of ECG monitor for continuous monitoring of blood pressure, ECG, respiration and pulse oximetry. Results： In the 101 patients treated in our hospital in 79 cases of clinical symptoms, all patients, no case of accidental extubation and catheter blockage or infection. Conclusion： Nursing personnel throu.gh the treatment of septic shock patients with early fluid resuscitation positive and effective, can significantly improve the survival rate of patients with septic shock and prolong life; is a safe and effective treatment, in the current clinical should have imoortant clinical significance.
