护理本科实习生评判性思维能力与专业承诺相关性研究

目的了解护理本科实习生评判性思维能力和专业承诺现状,并分析两者之间的相关性,为护理本科教育和临床护理教学提供参考。方法采用中文版本的加利福尼亚评判性思维情感倾向问卷（CTDI-CV）和大学生专业承诺量表对在福州市某3所三级甲等综合性医院实习的116名护理学专业本科实习生进行调查。结果①评判性思维能力总分为（248.01±38.97）分;各维度评判性思维能力水平由高至低依次为：系统化能力、开放思想、评判性思维的自信心、寻找真相、求知欲、分析能力、认知成熟度。②护理本科实习生专业承诺总分为（80.90±15.42）分;专业承诺各维度得分由高至低依次为：情感承诺、理想承诺、继续承诺、规范承诺。③评判性思维能力与专业承诺呈正相关性（P〈0.01）,且评判性思维能力与专业承诺中部分因子间具有相互预测作用。、结论护理本科实习生的评判性思维能力和专业承诺的整体水平有待进一步提高。

Correlation between critical thinking and professional commitment among undergraduate nursing interns

Objective To investigate the level of critical thinking and professional commitment among undergraduate nursing interns,and to analyze their correlation. Methods Totally 116 undergraduate nursing interns in Fuzhou were investigated with California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version（CTDI-CV） and Professional Commitment Scale. Results The total score of critical thinking was（248.01±38.97） and the factor scores in descending order were systematicity,open-mindedness, self-confidence, truth-seeking, inquisitiveness, analyticity and maturity. The total score of professional commitment was （80.90± 15.42） and the factor scores in descending order were affective commitment,ideal commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment. The score of critical thinking was positively correlated with the score of professional commitment （P〈0.01）. There were interactions between factors of critical thinking and factors of professional commitment. Conclusion The critical thinking ability and professional commitment among undergraduate nursing interns need to be further improved.
