区域医学装备信息管理系统开发与应用

目的:为了合理配置医疗卫生资源,保证医疗器械安全使用,充分发挥已装备的医疗设备效益。方法:以国家相关部门颁布的医疗器械法律、法规为依据,运用戴明循环(PDCA)、持续质量改进等现代管理方法,借助计算机和互联网技术,对区域医学装备进行信息化管理。结果:已建立覆盖地级市所有医疗机构的医学装备信息管理平台,其内容涵盖医学装备配置、计划、采购、验收、在用、报废和处置等。结论:区域医学装备信息化管理不仅提升政务公开水平、提高管理效能,而且实现了医疗设备管理的时效性、便捷性和可操作性。

Regional management of medical devices by informatization

Abstract] Objective： To ensure rational allocation of health resources and safe use of medical equipment and give full play to the benefit of the medical equipment. Methods： On the basis of the national laws and regulations promulgated by the medical devices, we used PDCA, continuous quality improvement and other modern management methods by the aid of computer and Internet technology to achieve regional management of medical devices by informatization. Results： We have established a regional management system for the medical devices all over the whole city including configuration, planning, procurement, acceptance, and scrap, and disposal etc. Conclusion： Regional medical equipment information management can not only improve the level of public affairs and management efficiency but also realize the management of rapidity.
