动物生物安全实验室信息管理系统的应用

目的:为推动中国疾病预防控制中心动物生物安全实验中心各环节的定量化、标准化管理,提高工作效率和分析数据质量,降低运转成本,通过实验动物中心资质认证认可工作而开发了"实验室信息管理系统"。方法:通过分析质量管理认证体系中对"人、机、料、法、环"等要素的要求,结合实际工作,对实验动物中心所有必须采用计算机进行数据管理的要素进行了汇总和统计分析,根据各要素的特点进行有针对性的模块设计。结果:成功设计了一套由5大模块组成的适合中国疾病预防控制中心实验动物中心使用的信息管理系统。结论:该信息管理系统的应用使得实验动物中心管理趋于规范化、标准化,既提高了工作效率,又为日后实验动物中心认证认可工作奠定了坚实基础。

Application of laboratory information management system in laboratory animal facility

Objective： To promote quantitative and standardizing management of every sector, to improve our work efficiency and data analyzing quality, to reduce the operating cost of laboratory animal facility, to pass the lab certification, we developed this laboratory information management system. Methods： Through analyzing the demands of five elements such as person, machine, material, method, environment, combining actual demands in animal facility, we counted and analyzed all elements which must be managed by computer. And then we designed the module inaccordance with every element’s characteristic. Results： We successfully designed the LIMS which was composed of five modules. Conclusion： Our management work becomes normalization and standardization after using this LIMS. It does not only promote our work efficiency but also lay the foundation of lab certification in the future.
