| 摘 要： | 分析1例运动神经元病患者院内转运过程中存在的风险因素,探讨安全转运对策。认为只有充分评估患者的病情及转运风险,规范执行医疗护理制度,加强医护患之间的沟通,做好转运前准备工作,完善危重患者转运制度和流程,加强医护人员技能培训,才能确保患者安全转运。

| Abstract: | Analysis of risk factors in the intrahospital transport of a patient with motor neuron disease. To discuss the countermeasures of safe transport. Only by assessing the patient＇s condition and risk of transport,implementing of standard medical care system,strengthening the communication between doctors,nurses and patients,doing the pre-transfer preparation work,improving the transport system and the process of critically ill patients and strengthening the skills training of medical staff can be ensure the safety of patients with transport. |
