肝脏局灶性增生的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:讨论肝脏局灶结节增生(FNH)的MR成像特点。方法:对我院2007年1月至2012年4月24例确诊的FNH患者43个病例资料进行回顾性分析,由2名诊断医生采用双盲法进行诊断,总结FNH的MR图像特点。结果:MR平扫显示:T1WI中呈稍低信号,T2WI稍高信号,9处病灶检出瘢痕。动态增强检查动脉期明显均匀强化,高信号;门静脉期病灶信号强度逐渐减低;延迟期病灶高信号逐渐减低。共计21个病灶检出瘢痕,增强检查可使FNH的诊断率提高22.9%。结论:MR具有较高的组织分辨率,针对FNH病灶检测敏感度较高,结合增强榆奇,可以显著提高病灶检出率。

Abstract:Objective: To Discuss the features of MR imaging for hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH). Methods: The clinical data of 43 foci in 24 patients with confirmed FNH were retrospectively analyzed by 2 doctors independently to summarize the FNH MR image characteristics. Results: MR scan obtained slightly lower signal in T1W1, T2WI slightly higher signal, 9 lesions were detected scar. Dynamic enhanced MRI arterial phase of intense and homogeneous high signal, portal venous phase, lesion signal intensity gradually reduce, loci of high signal gradually reduce delay period, a total of 21 lesions were detected in the scar, enhanced MR1 allows FNH diagnosis rate of 22.9%. Conclusion: MR has a higher tissue resolution, the FNH lesion detection sensitivity is higher and, combined with the enhanced MRI can significantly increase the rate of lesion detection.
