护理学基础实验教学中案例教学法对护生职业态度的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨在护理学基础实验教学中应用案例教学法对护生职业态度的影响。方法:将2010级308名本科护生随机分为实验组(156名)和对照组(152名)。实验组在护理学基础实验教学中采用案例教学法;对照组仍采用传统教学法。分别在实验教学前后采用护士职业态度量表评价护生的职业态度。结果:实验教学后护生的职业态度显著高于实验教学前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=32.26,t=31.16;P<0.05)。结论:在护理学基础实验教学中应用案例教学法,可提高学生学习兴趣,满足学生学习需求,提高护生的职业素质,对培养护生健康的职业态度效果较好。

Research on the influence of case method on professional attitude of nursing students in basic nursing experiment teaching

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influence of case method on professional attitude of nursing students in basic nursing experiment teaching. Methods: Three hundred and eight undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into the treatment group (156 syudents) and the control group (152 students). The case teaching was used in treatment group and traditional teaching method was used in control group. The professional attitude was evaluated before and after the experiment teaching respectively by using nurse professional attitude scale. Results: After the experiment teaching nurses' professional attitudes is significantly higher than before the experiment teaching and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (t=32.26,t=31.16; P0.05). Conclusion: In basic nursing experimental teaching, the application of case teaching can improve the students' learning interest , meet the students' learning needs, improve the professional quality of the nursing students.
