血清总胆汁酸检测在脑血管疾病中的临床意义

目的探讨血清总胆汁酸（TBA）测定在脑血管疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法采用酶法检测脑梗死患者29例，脑出血患者26例及非心脑血管疾病患者30例中血清TBA及血脂水平。结果脑梗死组TBA水平显著高于对照组和脑出血组（t=6.78,3.40,P＜0.01），脑出血组TBA水平也显著高于对照组（t=3.87,P＜0.01）。结论脑梗死和脑出血与血清TBA水平呈正相关，TBA测定有助于脑梗死和脑出血的鉴别诊断。

Clinical Significance of Examining Serum Total Bile Acids in Cerebral Vascular Diseases

Objective To study clinical significance of examining serum total bile acids(TBA) in diagnosis of cerrbral vascular diseases.Methods The serum TBA and blood lipid levels were measured in 29 cases of cerrbral infarction, 26 cases cerrbral hemorrhage and 30 cases non-cardiocerebral vascular diseases by enzyme method.Results Compared with the control group and cerrbral hemorrhage patients,the serum TBA levels were significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction (t=6.78,3.40,P<0.01).TBA levels in patients with cerrbral hemorrhage were also significantly higher than those in control group(t=3.87,P<0.01).Conclusion Cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage showed positive correlation with serum TBA level.therefore,examining TBA level could be useful for the differential diagnosis between cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
