济南地区HBV基因型分布及临床意义

目的 了解济南地区乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus, HBV）基因型分布情况,探讨HBV基因型与临床的相关性.方法 随机选择济南地区HBV感染者共170例,其中无症状携带者（ASC）49例,慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）66例,乙型肝炎肝硬化（HLC）32例,原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）23例.应用实时荧光PCR试剂盒进行血清HBV基因分型测定.结果 对HBV-DNA阳性的158例标本进行HBV基因分型,其中B基因型39例（24.68%）,C基因型114例（72.15%）,B＋C混合基因型 5例（3.16%）,未检出非B非C型.ASC感染者中B型基因占多数,而其它三种感染者中以C型基因居多.结论 济南地区HBV基因型主要以C型为主,其次为B型.C基因型HBV感染者更易发展成肝硬化、原发性肝癌.

Distribution of hepatitis B virus genetypes in Jinan area and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus（HBV） genotypas in Jinan area and explore its clinical relationship. Methods HBV infectionindividuals were randomly selected in Jinan, of which 49 cases were asymptonatic HBV carriers, 66 cases of chronic hepatitis B, 32 cases of liver cirrhosis, 23 cases of primary liver cancer. Real - time PCR technology was used for determination of serum HBV genotyping. Results 158 cases were detected for HBV genotype, of which B genotype in 39 cases （24.68%）, C genotype in lj4 cases （72.15%）, B ＋ C mixed genotype in 5 patients （3.16%）. Conclusion Genotype C was the most prevalent in all patient categories in this area. The results indicate that genotype C is associated with the development of severe liver disease.
