| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重度创伤性颅脑损伤并大面积脑梗塞的发病机理、治疗方法及并发症的预防。方法总结我院近5年救治的20例重度创伤性颅脑损伤并大面积脑梗塞患者的临床资料并进行疗效分析。结果重度创伤性颅脑损伤并大面积脑梗塞的发病机理与受伤方式、脑血液流变学变化、血管的解剖学特点等因素有关。结论对于重度颅脑损伤的患者,应严密观察,及时复查头颅CT,对本病力求早发现、早诊断、早治疗,以提高抢救的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss mechanism,therapeutic methods and complication prevention of craniocerebral trauma with massive cerebral infarction.Methods Clinical data and curative effect analysis for 20 patients from recently 2 years were collected.Results The mechanism of brain infarction is associated with the way of injury,the change of hemodynamics,the character of vascular anatomy.Conclusion Careful observation and subsequent CT scan should be performed in severe traumatic brain injury.To enhance the servival rate,the key lies in the timely diagnosis and therapy of brain infarction caused by severe traumatic brain injury. |
