由SARS引发对门诊医院感染管理的思考

门诊是直接为社会人群进行医疗和保健的场所 ,是防治疾病的第一道关口 ,综合医院门诊部的院内感染控制是门诊护理管理工作的重要组成部分。严重急性呼吸综合征 (severeacuterespiratorysyndrome,SARS)导致的严重院内感染 ,促使护理管理者在感染控制工作中必须在转变观念、强化感染控制意识的基础上依法管理 ,充分发挥护理管理在门诊感染控制工作中的积极作用。

Reflection on the infection control of the out-patient clinic caused by SARS

Out-patient clinic is the place to give medical treatments and health care to populations directly and is the first pass to prevent and cure diseases. Nosocomial infection control in a comprehensive hospital is an important part of the clinical nursing management. Serious nosocomial infection caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome patients stimulates the managers to change their old ideas, strengthen infection control consciousness and legal management consciousness in out-patient clinical nursing, and to bring nursing management fully into play in out-patient clinic infection control.
