宫颈癌中survivin、ki67、cyclinB1的表达及临床意义

目的 :检测survivin、ki6 7、cyclinB1在宫颈癌中的表达 ,探讨它们与宫颈癌组织增殖、细胞周期与凋亡的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SABC、SP法。结果 :(1)宫颈癌中survivin、ki6 7、cyclinB1表达显著高于正常宫颈组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )survivin表达与年龄、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关 ,但与宫颈癌组织细胞类型及分化程度无明显相关性。ki6 7表达只与临床分期有关 ,与年龄、组织细胞类型、淋巴结转移及分化程度无明显相关关系。cyclinB1表达与临床病理特征之间无明显相关性 ;(3)宫颈癌组织中survivin表达与ki6 7、cyclinB1表达显著相关。结论 :survivin、ki6 7、cyclinB1异常表达与宫颈癌显著相关 ,宫颈癌的发生与凋亡抑制和增殖能力增强有关。

Expressions of survivin,ki67 and cyclinB1 in cervical carcinomas and its clinical signifcances

Objective:To study the expressions of survivin,ki67 and cyclinB1 in cervical carcinoma and explore the relationship between signifcance of proliferation and apoptosis of cervical carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical methods of SABC and SP were used.Results:(1)Expressions of survivin and ki67 gene were detected in a significantly greater proportion of cervical carcinoma (69.6%,39/56;82.1%,46/56) than those of adjacent normal cervical tissues(16.7%,3/18)(P<0.01).(2)There was no relationship between survivin gene expression and histological subtype or the tumor grade,otherwise,there was relationship between survivin gene expression and age, clinical stage,lymph node metastases.ki67 expressionwas related with clinical stage,not with age,histological subtype,lymph node metastases or the tumor grade;(3)The expression of survivin gene correlated with ki67 and cyclinB1 expressions.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between the abnormal expression of survivin and ki67,cyclinB1 and cervical carcinoma.The occurrence of cervical carcinoma may be related with the cell apoptosis inhibition and inhancement of proliferation.
