摘    要:目的:了解胎儿生长激素合成和分泌的个体发生。方法:采用原位杂交化学方法测定28例16-32周胎儿垂体生长激素信使核糖核酸(GHmRNA),用放射免疫分析法测定血清生长激素,甲状腺素、皮质醇和胰岛素的浓度。结果:(1)GHmRNA的含量随胎龄逐渐增加,到24-26周达高峰。(2)血清生长激素的浓度不恒定,有随胎龄增加而上升的趋势。(3)血清甲状腺素浓度和血清皮质醇的浓度与垂体生长激素GHmRNA含量

Abstract:To examine the ontogeny of growth hormone synthesis and secretion in human fetus. Methods: Growth hormone messenger ribonucleic acid (GHmRNA) was measured in 28 pituitary of fetuses from 16 to 32 weeks by in situ hybridization. Serum growth hormone, thyroxine, cortison and insulin concentrations were assessed by radio immunoassay. Results: (1)GHmRNA content in the fetal pituitary increased gradually with ages and reached a maximal level at 24 to 26 weeks. (2)Serum concentration of growth hormone was variable, (3)Serum concentration of thyroxine and serum concentration of cortison was correlated positively with growth hormone messenger ribonucleic acid, but no correlation with serum growth hormone concentration. Conclusion: The function of GH synthesis and secretion in the fetal pituitary become mature at about 24 weeks. old. Thyroxine and cortison may play role in the ontogenesis of growth hormone.
