| 摘 要： | 在CT或B超等引导下经皮直接植入瘤内或肿瘤手术中植入残留灶及可能有微小转移瘤灶区域的化疗缓释植入剂,既提高了肿瘤局部药物浓度及作用时间,同时也降低或避免了全身化疗常见的毒副反应,这无疑为肿瘤的化学治疗提供了一条新的给药途径;肿瘤内直接注入化疗缓释剂也为一些失去手术、放疗或不能耐受全身化疗的晚期肿瘤患者减少痛苦带来新的希望.

| Abstract: | Sustained-release preparations for tumor chemical therapy,as a planter,could be embedded into tumor tissue under CT or B-ultrasonic induction or into the rudimental focus and some potential ambulant area while in surgical.By this means,the local drug concentration would be increased and the consistence prolonged as well as the side-effect following chemical therapy be decreased or even avoided.Sustained-release preparations can be located directly into tumor,which would offer a new approach for chemical therapy.At the same time,it would also alleviate the suffering to those who have lost the chance for radiotherapy,surgery and who could not resist to systemic chemical therapy. |
