增免调肝解毒汤治疗无症状型乙型肝炎病毒携带者90例疗效观察

目的　观察增免调肝解毒汤治疗无症状型乙型肝炎病毒携带者的临床疗效。方法　无症状型乙型肝炎病毒携带者 1 40例随机分为 2组。治疗组 90例口服增免调肝解毒汤 ,每日 2次 ;对照组 5 0例口服益肝灵 ,每次 2片 ,每日 3次。 2组均 2个月为 1个疗程 ,连续治疗 2个疗程统计疗效。结果　治疗组乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原 (HBsAg)阴转率 85 .6% ,乙型肝炎病毒e抗原 (HBeAg)阴转率 91 .9% ,乙型肝炎病毒e抗体(抗 HBe)阴转率 80 .0 % ,乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体 (抗 HBc)阴转率 81 .1 % ;对照组HBsAg阴转率 8.0 % ,HBeAg阴转率 1 8.2 % ,抗 HBe阴转率 1 6.7% ,抗 HBc阴转率 1 6.0 %。 2组HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 HBe、抗 HBc阴转率比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。 2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)轻度异常患者治疗后ALT改善情况治疗组优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　增免调肝解毒汤治疗无症状型乙型肝炎病毒携带者疗效确切。

Effect of Zengmiantiaoganjiedu decoction on patients with asymptomatic Hepatitis B virus carriers

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Zengmiantiaoganjiedu decoction on asymptomatic Hepatitis B virus (HBV) carriers. Methods 140 cases of asymptomatic HBV carriers were randomly divided into two groups. 90 cases in treatment group were treated by Zengmiantiaoganjiedu decoction with twice a day, and 50 cases in control group were treated by Yiganling with 2 tablets once, three times a day, with a treatment course of five weeks in both groups. The therapeutic effect was statisticed after two continuous course of treatment. Results In treatment group, the clearance rate of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis Be antigen (HBeAg), anti- hepatitis Be (anti-HBe) and anti-hepatitis Bc (anti-HBc) were 85.6%, 91.9%, 80.0% and 81.1%, respectively, which had an obvious difference comparing to those in control group (8.0%, 18.2%, 16.7% and 16.0%, P<0.01). The improvement of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P<0.01) after treatment. Conclusion Zengmiantiaoganjiedu decoction has definitive therapeutic effect on asymptomatic HBV carriers.
