生脉注射液联用多巴酚丁胺对充血性心力衰竭左室功能的影响

目的:探讨生脉注射液联用多巴酚丁胺对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)左室功能的影响。方法:选择CHF患者66 例,随机分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=31)。治疗组每天用生脉注射液30-50 ml,多巴酚丁胺20-40 mg静滴,共8周。对照组每天口服地高辛0.125-0.25 mg,急性发作时辅以西地兰0.2-0.8 mg/d静脉注射,共8周。观察患者治疗前、后的心功能级别,并作心脏超声心功能指数测定。结果:心功能改善总有效率:治疗组82.3%,对照组80.1%。超声心动图左室射血分数、心搏量、心输出量、左室短径缩短率:治疗组的改善显著优于对照组(P< 0.01)。结论:生麦注射液联用多巴酚丁胺可提高充血性心力衰竭的疗效,改善心脏左室功能。

Effect of shengmai injection combined with dobutamine on the left cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure

Objective: To evaluate the effect of shengmai injection combined with dobutamine on the left cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods:A total of 66 CHF patients were devided into two group: Control group (31 cases) and treatment group (35 cases). Shengmai injection (30-50 ml/d) combined with dobutamine (20-40 mg/d) was given by vein injection in treatment group and digoxin(0. 125-0. 25 mg/d) was given by eat (cedilanid 0. 2-0. 8mg/d was given by vein injection when acute) in control group for eight weeks. The cardiac function and its supersonic index were measured before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total efficacy of cardiac function was 82. 3% in treatment group and 80. 1 % in control group after treatment. Ameliorations of LVEF, SV, CO and FS of supersonic in treatment group were more than those in control group after treatment (P <0. 01). Conclusion: Shengmai injection combined with dobutamine can raises the efficacy and improves the left cardiac function in CHF patients.
