氧化苦参碱抑制肝癌细胞诱导血管内皮细胞增殖作用的研究

目的探讨氧化苦参碱(OM)对肝癌细胞诱导血管内皮细胞(VEC)增殖的抑制作用.方法用 MTT 法检测不同浓度 OM 对 VEC、人肝癌 SMMC-7721 细胞增殖及 SMMC-7721 细胞诱导 VEC 增殖的影响.结果 OM 浓度为 2.5～10 mg/mL 时,对 VEC 增殖的抑制率为 4.6%～36.4%;OM 浓度为 0.313～10 mg/mL 时,对肝癌细胞增殖的抑制率为 2.53%～88.61% ;经浓度为 1.25～10 mg/mL OM 作用后的肝癌细胞培养液对 VEC 增殖的抑制率为 7.69%～38.46% ;OM 浓度为 0.625～10 mg/mL 时,对肝癌细胞培养液诱导的 VEC 增殖的抑制率为 3.57%～57.54%.结论 OM 对肝癌细胞诱导的 VEC 增殖具有抑制作用.

Inhibitory Effect of Oxymatrine on Vascular Endothelial Cell Proliferation Induced by Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell

Objective To investigate inhibitory effect of Oxymatrine(OM) on vascular endothelial cell (VEC) proliferation induced by hepatocellular carcinoma cell.Methods Inhibitory effect of OM on VEC proliferation induced by human hepatocellular carcinoma cell was detected with the MTT method. Results When the concentration of OM was 2.5-10 mg/mL, the inhibitory rate of OM to VEC proliferation was 4 6%-36 4%.When the concentration was in the range of 0 313-10 mg/mL,its inhibitory rate to SMMC 7721 cell proliferation was 2 53%-88 61%.The inhibitory rate of the cultured medium of SMMC 7721 cell acted with OM 1 25-10 mg/mL to VEC proliferation was 7 69%-38 46%.When oxymatrine was 0 625-10 mg/mL,the inhibitory rate to VEC proliferaton induced by cultured medium of SMMC 7721 cell was 3 75%-57 14%. Conclusion OM can inhibit VEC proliferation induced by hepatocellular carcinoma cell.
