高甘油三酯血症与动脉粥样硬化发病和程度的关系

目的 :探讨甘油三酯 (TG)与动脉粥样硬化 (AS)发病和程度的关系。方法 :采用冠状动脉造影技术估计AS病变程度和范围 ,比较健康对照者和AS患者脂蛋白变化。结果 :将AS患者按病变程度分为轻度和重度 2个亚组 ,进行单因素和多因素回归分析 ,结果表明空腹TG浓度以及反映TG清除不良的标志—non HDL apoCⅢ浓度均与AS发病存在单变量及多变量显著相关 ;AS患者还存在其他脂蛋白异常 ,表现为HDL2 C低浓度 ,HDL和LDL颗粒中的TG 胆固醇比值升高 ,血TG浓度与这二种脂蛋白组分改变密切相关 ,HDL2 C与AS发病显著相关 ;高血压、糖尿病也与AS发病显著相关。结论 :本组TG与AS发病存在密切相关 ,是AS的重要危险因素之一

The Relationship between hypertriglyceridemia and athero sclerositic lesion

Objective:To examine the association between hypertriglyceridemia and atherosclerositic lesion.Method:The patients with arteriosclerosis were classified into mild and severe atherosclerosis groups using coronary angiography,the plasma lipoprotein components of these cases and health controls were compared.Result:(1)The univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that fasting plasma triglyceride concentration and the marker of delayed TG clearance(non\|HDL\|apocIII level)were significantly related with atherosclerosis incidence;(2)Other lipid patterns also existed in the patients with arteriosclerosis,such as lower HDL\-2\|C level and higher triglyceride/cholesterol ratio of HDL and LDL particles,and these changes were also closely related with plasma triglyceride level;(3)Hypertension and diabetes were aslo related with the atheroma incidence.Conclusion:Hypertriglyceridemia is associated with arteriosclerostic lesion,and may be one of the risk factors in atheroma pathological change
