颅内消淤汤在颅脑外伤治疗中的价值

探讨颅内消淤汤在颅脑外伤治疗中的价值。方法：选取60例轻中型颅啮外伤患者，分为冶疗组和对照组。利用TCD监测颅内主要血管血流动力学变化的客观数据，CT监测血肿吸收时间，GOS评分对比两组的效果差异。结果：治疗组的血管痉挛及血流动力学改善情况均优于对照组，血肿吸收时间明显少十对照组，GOS评分优f对照组，三项指标对比均统计学意义。结论：颅内消淤汤能在一定程度上减轻颅脑外伤后血流动力学改变听致的继发性损伤，加快颅内血肿的吸收，提高患者生存质量．

VALUE OF LUNEIXIAOYU DECOCTION IN TREATMENT OF TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

To assess value of Luneixiaoyu Decoction in treatment of traumatic brain injury. Meth- ods：60 patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury were divided into treatment and control groups. Ob-jective data of intracranial vascular hemodynamics were monitored by TCD, hematoma absorption time was moni- tored by CT, and effects were compared by GOS scores between the two groups. Results：Vasospasm and hemody- namic improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Hematoma absorption time in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group. GOS scores were higher in the treat- ment group. The three indicators were statistically significant. Conelusion：Luneixiaoyu Decoction to a certain de- gree decreases secondary injury caused by hemodynamic changes after traumatic brain injury, and accelerates the absorption of intracranial hematoma, and improves patients＇ qualities of life.
