| 摘 要： | 目的建立SD大鼠心肾综合症动物模型。方法采用大鼠5／6肾切除法造模，经饲养后，比较假手术组和模型组血生化及内分泌指标，评价该模型的心肾功能。结果与假手术组相比模型组出现明显的慢性肾功能衰竭症状，血清肌酐尿素氮甲状旁腺素水平显著升高，及心血管系统的并发症，包括左心室肥厚，血管顺应性降低。结论大鼠5／6肾切除模型形成慢性肾衰模型后引发心血管并发症，该模型可适用于对心肾综合症的药物治疗研究。

| Abstract: | Objective Set up a cardiorenal syndrome animal model in Sprague-dawley rats.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control sham group, model control group.Model of CRF was constructed by 5/6 nephrectomy. After 6-8weeks,renal function, albumin （Alb） in urine , blood routine, blood electrolyte and parothyrin （PTH） were detected.Then,at the 8th week,changes of the left ventricular tissue were observed as well as the contraction of the rat＇s thoracic aorta. Results Compared with normal rats, the levels of serum blood urea nitrogen （BUN） , creatinine （Cr） were markedly elevated in CRF rats, while the levels of Alb in urine markedly increased, tissue .The model of CRF cause cardiovascular disease,including ventricular hypertrophy and changes of the thoracic aorta compliance. Conclusion The model of 5/6 nephrectomy cause cardiovascular disease.It can be used in researching the drug of anti-cardiorenal syndrome. |
