39例恶性淋巴瘤临床分析

对39例恶性淋巴瘤病例的临床表现、治疗过程进行了归纳分析。结果表明,霍杰金病与非霍杰金病比例为28∶11,男女之比为3.31∶1;21～40岁占69％。临床以无痛性颈、锁骨上淋巴结肿大为首发表现,伴有发热、盗汗和乏力。实验室检查表现:血沉加快、乳酸脱氢酶增高和血清EB病毒抗体滴度增加,β_2微球蛋白升高等,部分骨髓中找到R-S细胞。CT扫描示颈、纵膈、肺门和腹膜后见肿大淋巴结和肿块。治疗以化疗或化放疗结合为主,治疗效果明显,缓解率提高,增加免疫力,减少病毒感染以减少本病的发病率。

Clinical Analysis of 39 Cases with Malignant Lymphoma

Objective:The clinical manifestation and treatment course of 39 cases of malignant lymphoma were retrospectively reviewed and analysed.The results showed that the ratio of cases with Hodgkin disease and with non-Hodgkin lymphoma were 28 and 11,and male/female was 3.31 : 1,There were 69% of the patients aged from 21 to 40 years,Clinical manifestations were painless lymph nodes enlargement in the neck and superclavicle as the first appearance attended by fever, night sweats and fatigue. Lab investigations showed that the ESR.the levels of serum LDH,β2 - microglobulin level and the liter of serum EB virus antibody were elevated . Some patients revealed R-S cell in the bone marrow smear. CT scans showed lymph nodes enlargement and masses in cervical, me-diastinal, hilar and retroperitoneal regions. The main methods of treatment were chemotherapy or combination of chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It is concluded that the prognosis and recovery rate of the disease were good under the treatment. Prevention of viral infection and enhancement of immunity may lower the incidence of lymphoma.
