| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胶质瘤中Survivin的表达及其与恶性程度的关系，及与Ki-67相关性。方法胶质瘤77例，其中Ⅰ级19例、Ⅱ级25例、Ⅲ-Ⅳ级33例。用免疫组化染色检测瘤组织中Survivin和Ki-67的表达情况。结果Survivin蛋白在胶质瘤细胞中有阳性表达，其阳性表达率分别为Ⅰ级26．3％、Ⅱ级48．0％、Ⅲ-Ⅳ级69．7％，随着肿瘤级别的增高Survivin蛋白的表达增强。胶质瘤中Survivin的表达与胶质瘤细胞Ki-67指数呈正相关。Survivin蛋白表达阳性的胶质瘤细胞Ki-67指数明显高于Survivin蛋白表达阴性的相应胶质瘤细胞的Ki-67指数。结论胶质瘤细胞中Survivin蛋白的表达与肿瘤的恶性程度和Ki-67指数呈明显正相关；Survivin蛋白的表达与细胞增殖密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and its correlation with malignancy of neurogliocytoma. Method 77 cases with glioma were involved in the present study. There were 19, 25 and 33 cases at grade Ⅰ , grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ, respectively. The protein expression of survivin and Ki-67 were detected with immunohistochemistry. Results The protein expression of survivin in glioma was related with malignancy of glioma. The positive percents of survivin expression in glioma at grade Ⅰ , grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ were 28.6% , 49.5% and 69.0% ,respectively. The Ki-67 of glioma cells with positive survivin was higher than that with negative survivin （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of survivin in glioma was positive relation with expression of Ki-67 and malignancy of glioma. |
