清开灵注射剂不良反应的成因分析与预防对策

目的:了解清开灵注射剂不良反应发生的原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集国内公开发表的医药杂志报道的清开灵注射剂不良反应进行统计分析。结果:清开灵注射剂不良反应的发生涉及到生产环节、临床应用环节、病人个体差异、气候环境等多个因素。结论:应重视清开灵注射剂的不良反应,提高合理用药水平,加强临床用药监护,以减少其不良反应发生的几率。

Analysis and Countermeasure on QingKaiLing Injection Resulted in Adverse Reaction

Objective：To explore the reasons that QingKaiLing injection resulted in adverse reactions and to provide a reference for clinical medication.Methods：On the basis of a method of retrospective study,adverse reactions were analyzed by collecting internal medicine journals published QingKaiLing reports of adverse drug reactions.Results：Adverse reactions of QingKaiLing injection related to production processes,clinical aspects,patient individual differences and climate and environmental factors.Conclusion：We should attach importance to adverse reactions of QingKaiLing injection,improve the level of rational drug use,strengthen clinical drug monitoring and reduce incidences of adverse reactions.
