自拟固本清心汤治疗老年阴虚火旺型不寐的临床观察

目的观察自拟固本清心汤治疗老年阴虚火旺型不寐的临床疗效。方法将72例老年阴虚火旺型不寐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例,治疗组口服自拟固本清心汤,对照组口服黄连阿胶汤,均在晨起、晚睡前30min服用,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为80.6%,两组临床综合疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论自拟固本清心汤治疗老年阴虚火旺型不寐的临床疗效显著,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Clinical Observation of Self-Prepared Guben Qingxin Decoction in Treatment of Senile Insomnia due to Excessive Fire of Yin Deficiency

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of self-prepared guben qingxin decoction on senile insomnia due to excessive fire of yin deficiency.Methods：72 cases of senile insomnia due to excessive fire of yin deficiency were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each one.In treatment group,the self-prepared guben qingxin decoction was applied for oral administration.In control group,huanglian ejiao decoction was prescribed for oral administration.The decoction was taken after getting up in the morning and 30min before sleep.4-week treatment made 1 session.Results：The total effective rate was 91.7% in treatment group and was 80.6% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in clinical comprehensive efficacy（P0.05）.After treatment,the improvements in symptoms of treatment group were superior to those in control group.Conclusion：The self-prepared guben qingxin decoction has significant clinical efficacy on senile insomnia due to excessive fire of yin deficiency,dominating satisfactory prospects in clinical application.
