| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨住院患者抗菌药物使用情况和细菌耐药性流行趋势的相关性,对临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 对医院住院患者2007-2008年抗菌药物的DDDs进行汇总、分类、排序,分析抗菌药物使用趋势;对同期临床分离的细菌的药敏监测数据进行统计,对相关数据进行分析比较.结果 抗菌药物的应量逐年增加,其中环比增长较快的抗菌药物为第四代头孢菌素(93.34%)、碳青酶烯类(67.19%)和含酶抑制剂的β-内酰胺类(36.56%),而相应的细菌对其耐药率增长亦较快(平均耐药率增幅>5.00%);医院常见革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性菌多药耐药现象均较严重.结论 细菌对抗菌药物的耐药率变化与抗菌药的DDDs变化存在相关性;DDDs值增长较快的抗菌药物,细菌对其产生耐药率增长亦较快.
