银杏达莫注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨银杏达莫注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择78例临床确诊冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗：抗血小板聚集、抗凝、硝酸酯类（硝酸甘油、单硝酸异山梨醇酯）、β-受体阻滞剂、调脂及对症治疗；治疗组在上述常规治疗的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液20ml治疗7—10d。观察两组在心绞痛症状缓解、缺血性心电图改变、血流变学指标改善情况。结果治疗组在疗效、心电图改善、血液流变学指标的改善情况均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论应用银杏达莫注射液辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显。

Observation on Auxiliary Curative Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To study the efficacy of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods 78 cases of coronary heart disease with UAP were divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine treatment ： anti-platelet drugs, anticoagulation therapy, nitrate esters （ nitroglycerin, isosorbide 5-mononitrate ）, beta- adrenergic blockers,lipid-lowering agents and other expectant treatment, while the treatment group was administered with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection（ 20 ml/d,iv. ） based on the routine treatment. The treatment course was 7 to 10 days. The changes of symptom, electrocardiogram（ECG） and hemorheology in two groups were then observed. Results The curative effect, electrocardiogram improvement, hemorheology improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has remarkable auxiliary curative effect for UAP in patients with coronary heart disease.
