深圳市松岗街道基本职业卫生服务状况调查

目的探索和了解经济发达地区的城市基层基本职业卫生服务、监督管理及发展模式，为其他地区职业病防制提供借鉴。方法收集松岗卫生监督所（预防保健所）对辖区松岗街道工矿企业职业卫生服务、监督和监测数据，从职业病危害因素、接触人数、职业病发病、防护措施、职业健康检查、监督监测等情况进行调查分析。结果松岗街道现有797家工厂已申报职业病危害项目，接触职业病危害因素工人25172人，作业场所危害因素以有机溶剂、粉尘、噪声等为主。作业场所有机溶剂、粉尘和噪声监测合格率分别为63．89％、43、90％和12．86％，职业健康检查率为58．4％，企业职业卫生防护逐年有所改善，职业病发病人数近年明显增加，但与职业健康检查率增加、职业病人检出增多有关。松岗卫生监督所（预防保健所）近2年开展职业卫生服务发展迅速，为保护劳动者健康权益发挥了积极作用。结论职业病防制形势严峻，城市基层公共卫生单位开展基本职业卫生服务对预防和干预职业病危害起到重要作用。

The status of occupational health service in Songgang Lane of Shenzhen City

Objective To explore the status of health service and provide reference for control of occupational diseases in other area. Methods Data of basic occupational health service, supervision and monitoring from sanitary inspection and health care institution in Songgang District were collected and analyzed concerning hamfful factors of occupational diseases, exposed population, prevalence of occupational diseases, preventive measures; occupational health checkup, monitoring and so on. Results There the harmful projects had bee reported by 794 factories, there were 25 172 workers exposed to harmful factors of occupational disease. The main hamfful factors were organic solvents, dust, noise and so on in the work place. The organic solvents, dust and noise were monitored, and the qualified rate respectively was 63.89%, 43.90% and 12.86% in the work place, and the occupational health checkup rate was 58.4% . The measures of occupational health protection were improved gradually year by year. Conclusion The control of occupational disease in this area is very serious. The urban public health institutions a grassroots level can play an vital role in prevention and control of occupational disease.
