300例胆道手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物调查分析

目的了解胆道手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物的使用情况,进一步规范抗菌药物的合理应用和为提高抗菌药物的管理提供依据。方法回顾性调查余姚市人民医院2013年1月至10月间300例胆道手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物的使用,并对其使用合理性进行评价。结果 300例手术预防用抗菌药物使用率为100%,使用率最高的是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦103例,占34.33%,其次是头孢他啶71例,占23.67%;术前30 min~2 h给药236例,占78.67%;抗菌药物单用286例,占95.33%;二联联用14例,占4.67%;用药疗程〈48 h为95例,占31.67%;〉72 h为97例,占32.33%。结论该院胆道手术围手术期抗菌药物预防用药存在一定不合理性,须继续加强胆道手术围手术期预防用药的规范化管理,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

Investigation of Perioperative Use of Antibacterial Drugs among 300 Cases of Biliary Operation

Objective To find out about the perioperative use of antibiotics for biliary operations so as to standardize the use of antibacterial drugs and facilitate the management of antimicrobial agents.Methods A total of300 patients who had undergone biliary operations between January and October in 2013 were investigated retrospectively,and the rationality of the use of antimicrobial agents was evaluated.Results Antibiotics were used in all the 300 cases of biliary operations during the perioperative period.The most frequently used antibiotics were cefoperazone / sulbactam,which was used by 103 patients（34.33%）,followed by ceftazidime used by 71 patients（23.67%）.There were 236 patients（78.67%） who had used antibiotics 30 min-2 h before surgery.There were286 patients（95.33%） who had used the single drug and 14 patients（4.67%） who had received two-drug therapy.There were 95 patients（31.67%） who had used antibiotics for less than 48 h,and 97 patients（32.33%） over 72 h.Conclusion There are some cases of unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs for biliary surgery during perioperative period in our hospital.More standard use of antibacterial drugs is needed.
