寒区野战条件下战备药品防冻方法的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨寒区野战条件下战备药品的防冻方法。方法在寒区室外自然条件下(-19~-6℃)考察常用战备药品在战备箱、泡沫箱及组合箱中的防冻效果。结果组合箱防冻效果明显优于其他两组;电解质溶液防冻能力优于非电解质溶液;大规格的输液药品防冻效果优于小规格的输液药品;药品包装的防冻效果顺序为纸盒包装〉多层共挤输液袋〉塑料瓶〉玻璃瓶。结论组合箱是寒区野战条件下战备药品储存运输有效的防冻方法。

Abstract:Objective To study anti-freezing methods of drugs for combat readiness under field conditions in cold regions. Methods Under cold and outdoor conditions( -19 -6 ℃ ) ,the anti-freezing effect of boxes for com- bat readiness drugs, bubble chambers and combination boxes was investigated. Results In terms of the anti-freezing effect, combination boxes were better than the other groups, electrolyte solution was better than non-electrolyte so- lution, large-size infusion was better than small-size infusion. Among pharmaceutical packaging materials, the anti- freezing effect of paper packaging was the best, followed by multilayer coextrusion infusion bags, plastic bottles and glass bottles. Conclusion Under field conditions in cold regions, combination boxes are the best anti-freezing meth- od to store and transport drugs.
