顺式阿曲库铵维库溴铵在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用比较

目的：探讨顺式阿曲库铵、维库溴铵在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法：本样本回顾分析2008年1月至2010年2月住院治疗的170例妇科腹腔镜手术患者中应用非去极化肌肉松驰药顺式阿曲库铵、维库溴铵的临床资料。结果：两组HR、MAP在T1最大抑制时与基础值比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组与对照组间T，最大抑制时HR、MAP对应比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组均无剂量依赖性的组胺释放作用。观察组麻醉诱导时间明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001），但观察组的麻醉恢复时间明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：顺式阿曲库铵、维库溴铵用于妇科腹腔镜手术均有良好肌松效果和良好的气管插管条件，顺式阿曲库铵肌松维持时间更短，值得在妇科腹腔镜手术短小手术中进一步推广应用。

Comparing the Application of Cis-atracurium Vecuronium in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective： To investigate the cis-- atracurium, vecuronium bromide in gynecological surgery results. Method： We retrospectively analysed the samples in January 2008 to February 2010, 170 cases of hospitalized patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery application of depolarizing muscle relaxant drug cis--atracurium, vecuronium clinical data. Result： There were HR, MAP maximum inhibition in T1 compared with baseline values showed no significant difference （P〉0. 05）; observation group and control group T1 maximum inhibition HR, MAP corresponding to no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. There were no dose--dependent effect of histamine release. Time of the observation group was significantly higher induction of anesthesia, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）, but the observation group, the anesthetic recovery time was significantly lower that in the control group, statistically significant differences （P〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Cis--atracurium, vecuronium used for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery have good muscle relaxation and good intubating conditions, cis--atracurium muscular holding time shorter, it is in laparoscopic short surgical procedure to further expand the applications.
