| 摘 要： | 目的 建立自体颈外静脉移植于颈动脉的动物模型,以模拟冠状动脉旁路移植术后静脉桥再狭窄的病理过程. 方法 将一段大鼠颈外静脉分支游离,同侧颈总动脉切断,采用2点定位连续吻合法将颈外静脉分支两端分别与颈总动脉断端行端端吻合.术后超声检查血管通畅情况,于第3、7、14、28、42天取材,行苏木精-伊红染色,观察内膜增生情况.结果吻合完成时各吻合口均通畅,无出血、狭窄及血管扭曲等情况.超声检查示术后早期(3 d内)桥管通畅率94%.后期静脉桥管壁逐渐增厚,管腔逐渐狭窄,病理切片显示内膜不同程度增生.结论 大鼠自体颈外静脉移植模型能真实反映冠脉旁路移植术后静脉桥狭窄的情况,是进一步研究移植静脉内膜增生的理想模型.连续吻合法建立大鼠颈外静脉移植模型,较以往常用的间断吻合法时间短,出血少,通畅率高.
