补肺纳肾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能及炎症介质的影响

目的:观察补肺纳肾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能及炎症介质的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予常规解痉、平喘、抗感染治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服补肺纳肾汤,疗程均为半个月,治疗前、后比较两组患者肺功能指标及炎症介质表达变化。结果:观察组肺功能指标(FEV1、FEVl/FVC)改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平显著降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肺纳肾汤能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能,降低炎症细胞(IL-6、hs-CRP)释放,对临床具有指导价值。

The Influence on Lung Function and Inflammatory Mediators of Bufeinashen Decoction inPatients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

Objective： To observe the effect of Bufeinashen decoction on lung function and inflammatory mediators in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： The 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, the control group received conventional spasm, asthma and anti infection treatment, the ob~rvation group on the basis of routine therapy plus Bufeinashen decoction, treatment for half a month, the lung function and expression of inflammatory mediators of patients were compared before and after treatment. Results： In the observation group, lung function （FEV1, FEV1/fFVC） was better than the control group significantly （P〈0.05）, the level of IL-6 and hs-CRP were decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Bufeinashen decoction can significantly improve lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, reduce inflammatory cells （IL-6, hs-CRP） release and has guidance value for clinical.
