四肢联动训练器在偏瘫患者康复治疗中的应用

目的:观察四肢联动对偏瘫患者功能恢复的疗效。方法:脑出血、脑梗死、颅脑损伤所致偏瘫患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采用四肢联动康复加常规康复治疗,对照组为单纯常规康复治疗,采用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)积分法、Barthel指数(MBI)评分法、国际通用的临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CNS)评定患者肌张力、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、临床神经功能缺损程度。结果:治疗8周后,两组CNS评分较前明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组FMA及MBI评分较前明显提高,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规康复治疗对偏瘫患者的功能恢复起了重要作用,联合四肢联动康复训练器训练对偏瘫患者运动功能的恢复起了推动作用。

Clinical Efficacy of Recumbent Cross Trainer on Stroke Patients

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of recumbent cross trainer on stroke patients. Methods： 40 Stroke patients with cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, or traumatic brain injury were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group consisting of 20 patients. Patients in the treatment group were applied to recumbent cross trainer plus conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy only. Fugl-Meyer（FMA） integration method, Barthel Index（MBI） score, and the internationally accepted clinical neuroiogic impairment score（CNS） were adopted to analyze and assess the muscle tension, limb motor function, activities of daily living and clinical neurological deficits of patients in both groups. Results： After 8 weeks, CNS score of both groups decreased significantly （P〈0.01）, and the treatment group recorded a lower score than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. FNA and MBI scores of both groups showed significant recovery, and the patients in the treatment group witnessed better recovery than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Conventional rehabilitation combined with recumbent cross trainer helps improve limb motor function for stroke patients.
