针药结合治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效分析

目的:观察中药内服配合针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征患者67例,随机分为两组。治疗组33例以补肾调肝汤配合针刺治疗,对照组34例口服补肾调肝汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.91%,对照组有效率70.59%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后Kupperman绝经指数评分治疗组为(6.09±3.59)分,对照组为(10.79±6.73)分,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征疗效肯定,能改善或消除围绝经期诸多症状。

Clinical Analysis on Kidney Asthenia and Liver Depression Peri-menopausal Syndrome Treated by Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture

Objective： To observe the effect of combined chinese medicine with acupuncture on patients with peri-menopausal syndrome. Methods： 67 Patients with Kidney Asthenia and Liver Depression peri-menopause syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 33 Patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushentiaogan decoction and acupuncture, 34 patients in the control group were treated with Bushentiaogan decoction. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.91%, and the control group was 70.59% respectively. The kupperman index in the treatment group was （6.09 ± 3.59）, and the control group was （10.79 ± 6.73） respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture has certain effect in treating Kidney Asthenia and Liver Depression peri-menopausal syndrome, can improve or eliminate many ofperi-menopansal symptoms.
