| 摘 要： | 通过护生的择业调查,有针对性地进行专业引导,使护生明确学习目标及奋斗方向。以问卷形式对220名护生进行调查,以专题讲座、主题班会、交流经验等形式进行专业引导。对护生进行择业调查及有针对性的专业引导,使护生对所选择的职业领域有全面了解和充分的思想准备,调动护生学习的积极性和主动性。

| Abstract: | To provide specialty guidance for nursing students according to the results of investigation on their view of occupational choice,and help them to make clear of the purpose and direction of study.220 nursing students were investigated with questionnaires.Then,the specialty guidance was provided through the means of lectures,class-meeting on a special topic,meeting of experience exchange,and so on.Investigation on nursing students' view of occupational choice and specialty guidance could help them to have an overall understanding and sufficient preparation about the occupational career,which motivated their learning positivity and activity. |
