抗结核药物致肝损害58例分析

目的总结临床中抗结核药物导致肝损害的临床表现及诊治情况。方法对58例抗结核药物所致肝损害患者的临床表现及用药前后的肝功能改变情况进行分析。结果本组58例结核患者,应用抗结核药物治疗后所致肝脏轻度损害30例,中度损害16例,重度损害12例;经调整药物剂量和加强保肝治疗1个月后肝功恢复正常。结论临床应用抗结核药物时,应定期检查肝功能,注意药物剂量,同时加强保肝治疗,以减轻和避免肝损害的发生。

Liver damage induced by antituberculosis medicine:a report of 58 cases

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations and diagnosis of liver damage induced by antituberculosis medicine.Methods To analyze the clinical manifestation and change of liver function after taking antituberculosis medicine in 58 patients with tuberculosis.Results 58 patients with tuberculosis suffered liver damage after taking antituberculosis medicine,among whom there were 30 cases of slight damage,16 medium damage and 12 severe damage.after dosage adjustment and liver protection therapy for 1 month,their hepatic function recovered.Conclusion In clinical application of antituberculosis medicine,doctors should check liver function regularly,pay attention to dosage of drugs and reinforce liver protection therapy in order to avoid or relieve liver damage.
