| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗孕妇输尿管结石的方法。方法采用经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗孕妇输尿管结石20例。结果20例患者中,15例1次碎石成功,5例部分结石碎片被冲入肾孟,放置双J管输液冲洗后结石排净;未出现先兆流产,疗效满意。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗孕妇输尿管结石的一种安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effective treatment for ureteral calculus of pregnant women.Methods A total of 20 pregnant women with ureteral calculus underwent holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteropyeloscopy.Result Lithotripsy was successful for one time in 15 cases.Parts of calculus pieces were put into kidney and out of body after double-J tube infusion.None had the signs of threatened abortion and the curative efficacy was satisfactory.Conclusions The holmium laser through ureteropyeloscopy is a safe and effective method for treatment of ureteral calculus in pregnant women. |
