医院开展药品不良反应监测工作的探讨

药品安全性问题一直是全球共同关注的焦点。自1968年WHO药品不良反应监测合作计划组织成立以来,药品不良反应监测取得了一定进展,同时也面临新的挑战。目前,我国药品不良反应(ADR)报告主要来自医院(占报告总数的99%),是发现ADR的主要场所,在ADR监测中发挥着极为重要的作用。加强基层医院药品不良反应监测工作迫在眉睫。本文结合我院实践,对做好医院药品不良反应监测工作进行探讨。

Surveillance on adverse drug reaction in hospitals

The problem of drug safety is always the focus having been paid close attention all over the world.Some progress in monitoring adverse drug reaction has been achieved since 1968,however at the same time some new challenge appears.The information of adverse drug reaction comes mainly from hospitals(99%).Therefore hospitals play a main role in monitoring adverse drug reaction.To enhance this work in ordinary level hospitals is imminent.This article is to investigate the problem of monitoring adverse drug reaction.
