| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合康复疗法对关节内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法将80例病人随机分为综合治疗组与对照组各40例,综合治疗组在膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠注射液,并进行功能锻炼、红外线物理治疗及心理护理;对照组仅膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠注射液。治疗4周后,观察治疗前后Lysho lm膝关节综合评分变化情况。结果综合治疗组其膝关节功能改善程度优于对照组。结论综合康复治疗可改善关节功能,是膝关节骨关节炎治疗的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on knee osteoarthritis by intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Methods Eighty patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints were randomly divided into two groups: comprehensive treatment group received the injection of sodium hyaluronate through routine knee joint puncture,functional exercise,ultra-red ray physiotherapy and mental nursing;control group only received the injection.After 4 weeks' treatment,Lysholm score of knee joint were analyzed.Results The improvement of knee joint function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the function of knee joint,which is an effective therapeutic method for osteoarthritis. |
