庚型肝炎病毒感染与肝损伤的相关性

目的 探讨ＨＧＶ感染与肝损伤的关系。方法 检测４４２例各类肝病患者的甲￣戊和庚型肝炎病毒血清学标志，其中１５４例为ＨＧＶ和ＨＢＶ感染者，对单独ＨＧＶ感染、ＨＧＶ和ＨＢＶ重叠感主单独 者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果 ２１单独ＨＧＶ感染者中有９例（４２．８６％）肝功能轻度异常。单独ＨＧＶ感染与ＨＧＶ和ＨＢＶ重叠感染比较，肝功能异常程度无显著性差异；而重叠感民单独ＨＢＶ感染比较，肝功能异常率和重型肝炎发

Relationship between HGV infection and liver injury

Objective To study the relationship between HGV infection and the injury of liver. Methods The marker of HAV to HEV and HGV in serum were examined in 442 patients with liver diseases. 154 cases were patients with HGV and HBV infections. The clinical data of patients with HGV infection alone HGV and HBV superinfection and HBV infection alone analysed comparatively. Results The liver function were abnormal in 9 of 21 patients with HGV infection alone. But SB and ALT were elevated slightly, However, when the data of patients with HGV and HBV superinfection and patients with HBV infection alone were analysed comparatively, the frequencies of abnormal liver function and hepatitic gravis in the latter were higher than that in the former. Conclusion HGV infection causes slight injury of the liver. Superinfection of HBV and HGV does not cause severe disease
