| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）非手术的治疗方法。方法对收入ICU的12例SAP患者的非手术治疗方法行回顾性分析。结果12例非手术治疗患者中10例治愈，2例死亡，病死率16．67％。结论SAP患者行非手术治疗时，重点注意治疗SAP病程中的几个关键问题，对提高患者预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the conservative therapy for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). MethodsTwelve patients with SAP in our intensive care unit from Jul.2008 to Dec.2008 were enrolled and the data were collected for a retrospective clinical investigation. ResultsTen patients recovered and 2 patients died and the mortality was 16.67%. ConclusionIt is important to pay attention to several key issues in conservative therapy of SAP,which may improve the prognosis. |
