超声造影在VATS中定位肺内结节的应用价值

目的 研究超声造影在胸腔镜手术（VATS）中定位肺内结节的应用价值。方法 筛选2016.7-2018.7在我院行VATS的患者11例，给予术中超声及超声造影定位，引导肺结节切除。结果 11个结节常规超声显示率为81.8%，其中55.6%（5/9）边界不清。超声造影后结节显示率为100%，其中90.9%（10/11）边界清晰，2例造影后有增大现象。6例为均匀高增强，2例为均匀低增强，1例为均匀等增强，2例为不均匀增强。结论 VATS术中超声造影的应用可进一步提高肺结节的显示率，对于结节边界的显示更为准确，同时又可对结节性质进行初步判断，对于术中引导具有重要意义。

The value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in locating pulmonary nodules in VATS

ABSTRACT Objective To study the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (ceus) in locating pulmonary nodules in thoracoscopic surgery (VATS).Methods 11 patients with VATS in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018.7 were screened, and intraoperative ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were given to guide the resection of pulmonary nodules. Results The rate of 11 nodules was 81.8%, of which 55.6% (5/9) had unclear boundary. The nodule display rate was 100% after CEUS, of which 90.9% (10/11) had clear boundary, and 2 cases had enlargement after ceus.There were 6 cases were homogeneous hyper-enhancement, 2 cases were homogeneous iso-enhancement, 1 case was homogeneous hypoenhancement, and 2 cases of heterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion The application of VATS intraoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can further improve the display rate of pulmonary nodules, more accurately display the boundary of the nodules, and at the same time, preliminarily judge the nature of the nodules, which is of great significance for intraoperative guidance.
