| 摘 要： | 艾滋病是全球性重大公共卫生问题和社会问题，非政府组织（NGO）在艾滋病防治工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。在众多影响艾滋病防治领域 NGO 发展的因素当中，法律政策环境是对其发展影响最大的因素。本文将介绍 NGO 参与我国艾滋病防治工作的法律政策环境演变过程，以及在这一过程中我国艾滋病防治领域 NGO 的发展状况。

| Abstract: | HIV/ AIDS is a worldwide major public health and social problems,and Non - Governmental Organization(NGO)has played an irreplaceable role in HIV/ AIDS prevention and control. Among the many factors that influence the development of NGO in HIV/AIDS prevention and control,the legal and policy environment is the biggest factor affecting its development. This paper introduces the legal and policy environment evolution of NGO participating in Chinese HIV/ AIDS prevention and control,as well as the development of NGO in HIV/ AIDS prevention and control in the process. |
