RhoA在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其作用

目的：研究RhoA在宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨其与宫颈癌转移的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化S-P法,检测10例正常宫颈、20例不典型增生宫颈、58例宫颈癌组织中RhoA蛋白的表达情况。分析其表达结果与临床病理特征的关系。结果：（1）RhoA蛋白在正常宫颈组织中的表达率为0,在不典型增生宫颈组织中的表达率为40.00%,在宫颈癌组织中的表达率为70.69%,在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平,高于CIN及正常宫颈组织（P〈0.05）,随着从正常宫颈组织→宫颈不典型增生组织→宫颈鳞癌的转化,阳性表达率呈递增趋势。（2）RhoA蛋白表达与病理组织分级及淋巴结转移相关（P〈0.05）,与患者年龄、临床分期无关（P〉0.05）。结论：RhoA蛋白的表达可作为判断宫颈鳞癌转移及预后的指标之一。检测RhoA对了解宫颈癌生物学行为和评估预后具有一定的临床价值。

Expression and Significance of RhoA in Cervical Squamous Carcinomas

Objective: To investigate the expression of RhoA in cervical squamous carcinomas and its correlation with invasiveness.Methods:The expressions of RhoA was examined respectively by immunohistochemical S-P method in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and 58 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma.We analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopatho logical features.Result:(1)The expression rates of RhoA was 0.00% in normal cervical tissues,40.00% in cervical intraepithelial neoplasis and 70.69% in cervical squamous carcinomas,respectively.The positive rate was significantly higher in the cervical cancer group than in the normal control group(P<0.05).From normal cervical tissue,Cervical intraepithelial neoplasis(CIN) to cervical cancer,the positive expression rates of RhoA was gradually increased.(2)RhoA protein expression was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with age and clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusion:Expression of RhoA may serve as a parameter for evaluating metastasisand prognosis in cervical squamous carcinomas.
