摘    要:目的了解长期接触低浓度苯系物对工人健康的影响。方法设立观察组与对照组,并对2组人员进行血像、血压、心电图等项目的检查。同时测定观察组作业环境中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度。结果2组血压变化差异无统计学意义;心电图总异常率及各种异常心电图发生率经统计学分析差异无统计学意义,但心率失常(即窦缓、窦速、早搏、传导阻滞、预激综合征合计)观察组与对照组差异存在有统计学意义(χ^2=7.63,P〈0.01),即心律失常发生率接触组明显高于对照组;血象中白细胞计数减少检出率明显高于对照组,而血红蛋白含量、血小板计数减少差异无统计学意义。结论长期接触低浓度苯系物,可损害骨髓造血功能,引起白细胞减少。并可引起自主神经功能紊乱,导致心律失常。

Abstract:[Objective] To understand the effect of the long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene series material on the health of workers. [ Methods ] Observer group and control group were established, and the inspections were taken on hemogram, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, and other items of the two groups. The concentrations of benzene, toluene, and xylene of observer group in the operating environment were determined. [ Results ] The 2 groups had no significant difference in blood pressure; The total rate of abnormal electrocardiogram and the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram by the statistical analysis had no significant difference, however, abnormal heart rate (That was, relieve sinus, sinus speed, premature, block, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome as a whole) between observation group and control group existed significant differences( χ^2 =7.63 ,P 〈0. 01 ), and that was, the incidence of arrhythmia in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ; the positive rate of leukocyte reduction in blood was significantly higher than that in control group, however, there was no significant difference in the reduction of hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia. [ Conclusion] Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene series material can damage bone marrow hematopoietic function, cause leucoDenia and disorder of autonomic nervous system, then. leading to arrhvthmia.
