缺血性脑卒中患者C-反应蛋白与动脉粥样硬化程度的临床分析

目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)与动脉粥样硬化程度的关系.方法 选择住院确诊为缺血性脑卒中患者150例,行颈动脉超声多普勒检查,根据颈动脉超声检查的结果分为颈动脉狭窄组、颈动脉内膜斑块形成组、颈动脉内膜正常组,应用德国BN ProSpec系统以散射比浊法测定血清CRP浓度,进行组间比较.结果 颈动脉狭窄组的CRP为(12.163±1.407)mg/L,高于颈动脉内膜正常组[(1.593±0.120)mg/L]和颈动脉内膜斑块形成组[(5.027±0.557)mg/L],有显著性差异(P＜0.05),余组间比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 颈动脉病变程度与血清CRP水平密切相关,将二者结合起来,对缺血性脑卒中的预防、治疗及判断预后有重要意义.

Study of relationship between c-reactive protein and atherosclerosis in the patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To study the relationship between c-reactive protein and atherosclerosis in the patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Patients with ischemic stroke were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography to detect carotid artery atherosclerotic stenosis. The patients were divided into 3 groups based on the results of carotid atherosclerotic stenosis. The carotid atherosclerosis stenosis group, the atheromatous plaques group, the normal group. The serum CRP was measured by German BN ProSpec system. The results of serum CRP levels in different groups were compared. Results The stenosis group was compared with the rest group, there was statistically significant difference in CRP level between the stenotic group and the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions The measurement of carotid artery atherosclerosis combined with c-reactive protein is very imporpant to treatment and prognosis of paitents with ischemic stroke.
