| 摘 要： | 目的介绍8种修复手指软组织缺损的方法，并探讨其临床应用价值。方法应用指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣、指动脉终末背侧支逆行岛状皮瓣、指背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣、示指背岛状皮瓣、掌背皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、腹部超薄皮瓣及游离拇甲皮瓣等8种皮瓣修复76例手指软组织缺损。结果手指外形和功能均取得了令人满意的结果。结论这些皮瓣均适宜手指软组织缺损。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the applications of 8 kinds of flaps to the repair of finger soft tissue loss and explore the clinical value. Methods A total of 76 cases were treated with different flaps,including ① the reversed digital arterial flap ;②tbe island flap based on the end dorsal branch of the digital artery ;③tbe island flap based on the dorsal digital artery ;④ the island flap from the dorsal of the index finger; ⑤ the island flap based on the dorsal metacarpal artery;⑥ the cross-finger flap; ⑦the ultrathin abdomen flap; ⑧the free great toe nail flap. Results Satisfactory results were obtained in digital appearance and function. Conclusion These flaps were particularly helpful for repair of finger. |
