| 摘 要： | 本文对供体牛超排发情输精时所采用的精液形式及输精时间进行了研究,结果表明超数排卵时应用鲜精输精可以有效提高受精率和可用胚率,二者在获胚数量上差异不显著,在获一级胚数量上差异显著。通过本试验的研究,以期在生产实践中对胚胎移植技术的应用和推广有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | Semen styles and semen deposition time were studied in this research.The results showed that fresh semen could increase fertility rate and available embryo rate effectively.Amount of embryos got by superovulation in the two groups were not different,but there was difference in number of first class embryos.The purpos of this reaserch is to provide references for embryo transplantational application and generalization in practice. |
